Aside from breakfast, Taco Stop’s taco offerings hold their own. Though described as basic in style, their tacos impress with authentic flavors and a homey charm that keeps diners returning. Their Kids Menu also ensures that younger patrons can enjoy familiar favorites like bean & cheese burritos or chicken tacos, all priced reasonably for families.

Whether it’s a weekday morning fuel-up or a casual night taco run, this spot consistently serves up comfort, flavor, and authenticity that feel both comforting and exciting.

This Taco Stop has just been so much better since it’s been bought by new owners. Food is always fresh and no issues. Definitely recommend especially for a breakfast burrito!

We will hit Taco Stop for taco Tuesdays. From there regular price the discount basically makes it buy two tacos get one free. The tacos are basic but just have a good taste. They accidentally made my daughter's tacos wrong and had no problem correcting it and let us keep the ones that were made wrong. There were 3 young men maybe still in there teens running the place and they were all very friendly and knew what they were doing.

In the heart of Pueblo, nestled humbly along HWY 50 and Baltimore, lies a culinary gem that defies its modest exterior. Taco Stop is not merely a restaurant—it is a sanctuary of flavor, hospitality, and cultural pride. A place where the food transcends street food and becomes an experience worthy of pilgrimage. From the moment one steps inside, the atmosphere hums with warmth and efficiency. The staff, attentive yet unpretentious, greet each guest with genuine smiles and a rhythm that speaks of seasoned teamwork. Orders are taken with care, not haste. Questions are welcomed, not brushed aside. It is service that honors the diner’s time and palate. The menu, while rooted in tradition, sings with bold execution. Each Item arrives as a handcrafted tribute to balance—tender meats kissed by flame, vibrant salsas layered with nuance, and tortillas that cradle the ensemble like a well-worn glove. The carnitas are a revelation: crisp edges yielding to succulent depth, while the barbacoa whispers of slow-cooked devotion. Even the humble taco is elevated to a textural triumph. Presentation is thoughtful without being fussy. food arrives with color and clarity, inviting the eye before the first bite. And the flavors? They linger. They converse. They demand reflection. What sets this location apart is not just the food—it is the soul. The HWY 50 Taco Stop is a testament to what happens when pride, passion, and professionalism converge. In a world of rushed meals and indifferent service, this establishment stands tall as a beacon of consistency and care. Verdict: A must-visit for taco aficionados and culinary seekers alike. Worth the detour, worth the devotion, and absolutely worthy of this review.

I stopped at the Taco Shop for breakfast burritos. I ordered a bacon special with green chili and cheese inside to go. It was medium to large in size. The tortilla was kind of stale. The outside was slightly toasted. The contents were proportionate. There was plenty of bacon, eggs, cubed potatoes, cheese and green chili. The green chili wasn’t overly hot, but had a good flavor. The staff is friendly. It seemed clean inside. A quality and quantity for the cost was average. It was a fine breakfast burrito.

I recently had a breakfast chorizo burrito with hot green. The new size of burritos is worth the price, as it was previously a smaller burrito. The quality was impressive, I’d definitely recommend the chorizo. The morning staff were very nice and inviting. I plan to return and try the south of border.

I love the way the place was operating. (coming from a business owner) The employees were very friendly, they all had a pep in their step at dinner rush and their communication amongst eachother as well as with customers was top notch. I got the carne asada fries, they were good but I would suggest requesting them smothered. That would have been even more delicious! My boyfriend had beef tacos, he said they were good and that they have a unique flavor. We all know, unique is a plus especially serving mexican food in a town like Pueblo. Keep up the good work guy!
